Off-campus Living with McQuade Realty

McQuade Realty offers an affordable option for students looking for convenient off-campus living. Our townhome and garden apartments are located just twenty minutes from the University of New Hampshire, with a variety of public transportation options, including Wildcat Transit offering daily bus service to UNH's campus and surrounding areas.

Our one and two-bedroom rentals are just minutes from Dover's historic downtown waterfront, with its expanding arts and cultural scene, dining, shopping, and a strong sense of community. The active student will find walking trails, swimming and skateboarding parks, as well as boating and fishing, just a short bike-ride away. Despite our close proximity to the diverse activities of Dover, our wooded, spacious lawns, well-lit off-street parking with security lighting, and 24/7 on-site management, afford a secure, secluded location, on a quiet residential side-road.
